Matt Morgia mistreats ALL of his talent. He scares and manipulates young women into thinking they’ll be nothing without him and he becomes threatening when you do not do as he says. He can get you shoots, but he is NOT a licensed agent as he claims to be and what he is doing is fraud. He brings in all the new girls and that’s why certain companies still work with him, but those shoots will eventually stop because big companies will not work with him knowing he is NOT a real agent and how he treats his girls. Once you sign his “contract” he acts like he owns you and will blow your phone up with multiple messages and calls at all times of the night or day even when he knows you’re sleeping or doing a scene, but if anything ever goes wrong and you need him, he’s no where to be found and your on your own. As an "agent" he does NOT have your best interest.
Pros
You will get work for the first couple months, but they will stop after awhile because companies know he is unlicensed and extremely unprofessional

Very manipulative, unprofessional and controlling.
