As a performer, it's OK if you're brand-new to the porn industry (in fact, they prefer that), but XXX Mgmt Team insists on working ONLY with people that carry themselves in a professional manner.
That goes for the production companies and directors that they work with, but also you, as the performer.
If you have a shoot scheduled, you BETTER answer your phone when your rep calls you the day before, or AT LEAST return their call in a timely manner. They have NO PROBLEM calling people out on bullshit or unprofessionalism, but they're not overly hardass... IF you are serious about working & earning lots of cash! You want to work with #1? You need to carry yourself like you're worthy of it.
They are VERY money motivated, but it's about the whole squad getting paid... not just the agency. They get paid when YOU get paid, so they're motivated to help you make as much as possible, as fast as possible! But they don't mess with escorting or "privates". Only legit & legal adult industry & mainstream work.
